After 23 years of corporate management, Uhlig returns to private ownership in 1996 and develops a new dynamic. With the introduction of new products (basket arch bases, collars and special components) and the innovative development of state-of-the-art welding technology and pioneering testing technology (traditionally non-destructive and newly destructive), the company has succeeded in acting in a customer-oriented manner, shaping production in line with the times and maintaining and creating jobs.

In order to strengthen and strategically optimize the future development of Uhlig’s individual business divisions, the former Uhlig Rohrbogen GmbH was transformed into the independent companies Uhlig Rohrbogen GmbH, Uhlig Wel-Cor GmbH and Uhlig Z(f)P GmbH in February 2020: Uhlig Rohrleitungskomponenten GmbH, Uhlig Wel-Cor GmbH and Uhlig Z(f)P GmbH.

Mr. Patrick Laun (dannenmann holding GmbH), Mr. Marcus Rinke and Mr. Matthias Pollak made the decision in December 2020 to become the new owners of Uhlig Rohrleitungskomponenten and to return the company to its former strength through new structures.
